Look no further if you are on the hunt for great whole bean decaf coffee! This coffee is wonderful!

I purchase this decaf in order to make my own half-caf at home. Greenwell removes caffeine through the Swiss water technique which from my research is the only clean way to do so. Essentially, the Swiss Water® Process removes caffeine by gently soaking green beans in a water solution for just over 8 hour. The solution absorbs caffeine from the beans, and is then repeatedly carbon filtered until 99.9% of the caffeine is removed. The flavor, as always is absolutely clean and unbeatable, never burned.

My body needs less caffeine. But I love coffee. I use the decaffeinated dark roast and the dark roast and it is heaven in a cup. Every morning I go back to the Big Island in my mind. And it's also great iced!
