Aloha, Hi, I’m Elnora a tour guide at Greenwell Farms, known for high quality 100% Kona Coffee.
What’s your favorite place on the farm?
One of my favorite places on the farm is where the coffee trees are, especially when they are in bloom. This is a coffee flower and its starts to grow early winter to spring. It has a very pleasant smell and this a time we call Kona snow.
What’s a question you are frequently asked?
Most people ask me the question, “How to Store your coffee?” The best way to store your coffee is to put it inside an Airscape container, away from light, heat, and moisture so that your coffee will stay dark, dry, and cool, in that way your coffee will stay fresh for a long time.
What’s your favorite Greenwell Farms product?
I am so thankful that Greenwell Farms offers decaffeinated coffee which is done by swiss water process. For a person like me who is caffeine sensitive, I get to enjoy coffee like any other (person).
