The 100% Kona Coffee Spiced Vanilla Latte

As we move into the autumn season, with Halloween just around the corner, many of us start to crave those treasured holiday flavors. Today I will share my go to holiday coffee recipe that can be served both chilled or hot. This is an aromatic, well balanced and very flavorful coffee drink that suits those magical Holiday moments throughout the upcoming season.

You will need:
Brewed Greenwell Farms Autumn Spice Coffee (32oz)
Brewed Greenwell Farms French Roast Coffee (13 oz)
(**My recipe blends 60% Autumn Spice with 40% French Roast to boost the “coffee” profile, but you can make this with just the Autumn Spice.)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of sweet cream (Sold at your supermarket. High fat milk with cane sugar. Or make your own using 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 2 Tbsp of sugar.)

Cold Version
Using a blender, add all ingredients.
Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate.
Serve over ice.

Hot Version
Use a coffee carafe or airpot to preserve heat.
Warm cream in the microwave for 45 seconds. Add to the pot.
Add vanilla extract.
Pour in the desired coffee (fresh brewed and hot).
Optional: Serve with a spot of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

That’s it! As simple as can be with a huge pay out in flavor.
I encourage you to play with the French Roast and Autumn Spice ratios as it really changes the final flavors in the cup.

Happy holiday sipping!
