What types of payment are accepted for Coffee Club?

All Coffee Club orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.

What will happen after I join Coffee Club?

Mahalo for joining! You will receive an email confirming that your desired Greenwell Farms’ Kona coffee products will be delivered straight to your door, when you want them.

Your Coffee Club orders will be placed automatically according to your selected frequency and you will only be billed the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 3 days before each Coffee Club order is shipped from our farm to your home. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Coffee Club account, such as if your subscription item is discontinued or out of stock, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully. Make any edits to your order up until 11:59pm PST the day prior to fulfillment.

How do I view my upcoming Coffee Club order? Can I change the delivery frequency?

We know you’re excited to receive your next shipment! To view your upcoming Coffee Club order, login to your Coffee Club account, click ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Coffee Club Subscriptions’

You can make changes to your Coffee Club order frequency up until 11:59pm PST the day before your order is processed. To do so, click the ‘My Coffee Club Subscriptions’ tab of your account.

Here you can choose to:

Change order date:
Click the ‘Edit Date’ button located to the right of the upcoming shipment date. Future shipments will remain on this schedule, until another change is made.

Skip a delivery:
Click the ‘Skip Shipment’ button located to the right of the upcoming shipment date.

Change subscription frequency:
Click the frequency dropdown menu next to the item(s) you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency.

Send a shipment now:
Can’t wait for your next shipment date? Click the ‘Ship Now’ button to the right of the upcoming shipment date to send the entire order early.

Can I add items to my upcoming Coffee Club shipment?

Of course! To do so, log intoyour account, visit the page(s) of the item(s) you wish to add to your order, and click the ‘Add this to my order’ button. You can choose to add the item(s) as one-time only or as regular Coffee Club Subscription item(s). New items can be added to your Coffee Club shipment up to 24 hours before the order is placed. Otherwise, they will be shipped in your next order.

Can I remove an item(s) from my upcoming Coffee Club shipment?

Yes, you can choose to remove an item from your Coffee Club shipment up until 11:59pm PST the day before the order is placed. To remove an item(s) from your upcoming order, login to yourCoffee Club account, click ‘My Account’ and then ‘My Coffee Club Subscriptions.’ Click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link to the right of the item(s) you wish to remove.

How do I make changes to my Coffee Club account information?

To modify your Coffee Club account information, visit ‘My Coffee Club Subscriptions’ located within your account.

Here you can choose to:

Change your shipping address:
Click the ‘Edit’ link located directly below the current shipping information. Here, you can add a new address to your account or select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu. This address will apply to all Coffee Club subscriptions and future orders unless otherwise noted.

Change Your Billing Address
Click the ‘Edit’ link located directly below the current billing information. This will open a new page where you can add new payment information. This billing information will apply to all Coffee Club subscriptions and future orders.

*Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. Allow up to 24 hours for modifications to be processed.
Can I cancel my Coffee Club membership at any time?

You can choose to cancel your Coffee Club membership at any time, until 11:59pm PST the day before your next order date.. To cancel your Coffee Club membership: Login to yourCoffee Club account, click ‘My Account’ and then‘My Coffee Club Subscriptions.’Click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link to the right of the item(s) you wish to cancel. You’ll be asked to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button, your subscription will be cancelled and no future shipments will be placed.
