High Mountain Harvest

High Mountain Harvest is a new project in 2022. Gathered from five unique tree varieties at the highest elevation of our farm, we mixed them, roasted them to a delicate Medium Roast which reveals the subtlety and singular character of the terroir. It is light and fruity. You will find delicate notes of honey and pear. It is floral in aroma and uniquely complex.  A true connoisseur’s coffee! Available for a limited time only.
