At Greenwell Farms we are proud of our award winning coffees and we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We work hard to produce the best coffee possible and we appreciate all the feedback we can get. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know.
If your purchase is defective or wrong, please let us know right away. Greenwell Farms will try to resolve the problem and refund or exchange your product whenever possible. We regret that we are unable to refund any purchase older than 30 days.
